Swissport UK has recently shared its operational accountabilities between two interim Operations Directors, Paul Wickes and Chris Divall. This structure was designed to complete a series of operational programmes focussing on service, safety, operational performance and new business integration.

As part of a natural evolution, Chris Divall will now assume accountability for all operational matters as Swissport UK Operations Director on a permanent basis. This will include all UK stations, resourcing, equipment and service. Chris has a wealth of senior executive operational experience in a number of well known organisations across a range of sectors.

In addition, Pauline McMichael has agreed to join Swissport UK on a permanent basis with immediate effect which will further strengthen our UK Operations going forward.

Paul Wickes will be leaving us after a short handover process as his interim contract has now come to a natural end. Swissport UK would like to thank Paul for his contribution over the past year and wishes him well for the future.

Chris Divall will take up his accountabilities with immediate effect.
